The store is fantastic, and the staff and products are excellent. We ordered a couch, bed, and dining set, specifying they were for two floors. However, during delivery, the bed was fine, but the delivery person said the couch couldn't go upstairs and left it on the ground floor. It took a few days for the team to respond, and now they're asking for 50% cancellation for the delivered couch and €116 for the undelivered dining set, totaling around €1000, or I need to remove a window, which has its own costs and risks. I suggest adding a measurement field in the ordering process, especially for newcomers like us, and having salespeople ask for measurements to avoid issues.
