These are an absolute waste of money, do not buy them !!! I was really excited to try them after seeing lots of positive reviews on Instagram, but they simply don’t work. The killa patches don’t get rid of any pain or deep down spots, even when left on overnight as is recommended. They also come with so much plastic, that I feel ashamed to have even purchased them thinking about all the plastic will do to the planet.
