Notified a day before delivery that the original dress was unavailable, then received an incorrect delivery date along with an unexpected charge. I accepted a replacement under the condition of today's delivery, but the parcel hasn't arrived in the timeframe, and tracking shows it's still in transit. I ordered from another company last night, and they delivered this morning. I ordered from this company two months ago, and they can't provide a dress. Yet, I'm expected to pay for it and return it when it finally arrives, even though I can't wear it. The dress arrived today, a day late, with no follow-up from customer service to check on my satisfaction. Absolutely disappointing service.
