Notified a day before delivery that the original dress was unavailable, then received an incorrect delivery date along with an unexpected charge. I accepted a replacement under the condition of today's delivery, but the parcel hasn't arrived in the timeframe, and tracking shows it's still in transit. I ordered from another company last night, and they delivered this morning. I ordered from this company two months ago, and they can't provide a dress. Yet, I'm expected to pay for it and return it when it finally arrives, even though I can't wear it. The dress arrived today, a day late, with no follow-up from customer service to check on my satisfaction. Absolutely disappointing service.
I placed an order ten days before my event. However, on the day it was supposed to arrive, the dress didn't show up. When I contacted customer service, they initially brushed me off, saying it would arrive by the start of my rental period. I only got a proper response after mentioning I wanted compensation for the late arrival. They then canceled my order and offered a refund, which isn't acceptable as I have nothing to wear for my event. I wouldn't risk using this company if you have an important occasion; the customer service is poor, and you might end up with nothing to wear.
