Oh my goodness - my experience mirrors everyone else's here - why didn't I check reviews first? They cleverly present themselves as an Australian-owned business based in stylish Sydney. The jacket I received was not at all like the photo, and now I find out I have to ship it back to China, which who knows what that will cost... Has anyone approached consumer affairs? This website should be shut down!
