I wish I could give it no stars. The products ship from overseas and the quality is comparable to what you find on mass-produced websites. Their site claims you can return items to a local address, but when I reached out for return authorization, they insisted it must go back to China or I could keep it for a discount. Honestly, businesses like this are despicable. DO NOT BUY.
Misleading practices; they are not a local company. It took 4 to 5 weeks for my order to arrive from China. There was no correspondence, and the quality was terrible—what I received looked like it was sized incorrectly. I should have read the reviews first. Don't bother.
Appalling quality. It's foolish of me not to check reviews before purchasing. The item was the cheapest version of what was shown in the photo and took 3 weeks to arrive. Their website claims to be based in Sydney, but the tracking information showed it was coming from the UK... unacceptable.
