The staff instore at Red Brick Mill were really knowledgable and showed me the differences between Hush and Melody, really helped me to make my choice. They also let me know about an upcoming sale which was really nice - great that they care about their customers more than pushing me to buy there and then to make more money! Delivery was also great, with 2 people coming in and handling everything. The tracker was really nice to receive on the day - as a big purchase it was great to have that live view and ETA for delivery (which was nicely timed for my lunch break). The delivery team were respectful and polite, the only snag was getting the sofabed up the stairs, but they were able to manage that in the end. They asked before taking pictures of the sofabed in situ which was nice of them :) Email aftercare was also nice, with Maxine checking in and asking me for my review :D
