Amazing experience with Zofa! The order process was really simple. We got regular updates and the tracking system on the delivery date was great, as you saw in real time where the delivery driver was. The delivery team were really helpful and professional, setting up the sofa in the desired room. We only viewed the sofa online, so when we saw the sofa on delivery it exceeded all our expectations. It’s made to a high quality, it’s really comfortable and looks stylish! I have been impressed with the overall experience and I would definitely purchase from them again in the future.

The staff instore at Red Brick Mill were really knowledgable and showed me the differences between Hush and Melody, really helped me to make my choice. They also let me know about an upcoming sale which was really nice - great that they care about their customers more than pushing me to buy there and then to make more money! Delivery was also great, with 2 people coming in and handling everything. The tracker was really nice to receive on the day - as a big purchase it was great to have that live view and ETA for delivery (which was nicely timed for my lunch break). The delivery team were respectful and polite, the only snag was getting the sofabed up the stairs, but they were able to manage that in the end. They asked before taking pictures of the sofabed in situ which was nice of them :) Email aftercare was also nice, with Maxine checking in and asking me for my review :D
The sofa bed we ordered is exactly what we were hoping for. The sofa is great quality, pulls out smoothly and easily into a bed, and is a really comfortable sofa. The colour and fabric quality are great, and as shown on the website. The delivery guys were efficient, helpful and easy to contact, they kept us updated and arrived when expected. They also lugged the sofa upstairs for us. Would thoroughly recommend.
Just bought our sofa and couldn’t be happier. Beth was amazing from the start - emailed me extra photos and videos of the different fabrics in the showroom and sent swatches out to us. A few weeks after ordering, we needed to make some changes and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She also rearranged the delivery to fit around us, which we really appreciated.The sofa itself is perfect, beautiful design and fantastic quality. Beth even checked in after delivery to make sure we were happy - amazing service!
A fantastic service from start to finish - excellent communication and customer service (thank you, Maxine), with a very straightforward ordering process. Delivery was prompt, taking around 4 weeks, and the delivery team were super helpful. I ordered the 7th Heaven Midi sofa and storage stool, and they more than meet my expectations. A highly professional company, with a real personal touch.
