I hadn’t ever heard of Zofa and stumbled across it when we visited Redbrick Mill (my idea of heaven). They were the comfiest, affordable sofas we sat on that day and the young lady we spoke to in the showroom was brilliant - I forget her name! When we finally moved house, we ordered the sofa. It took just a little less than 5 weeks but on delivery day, we were sent a tracking link to be able to actually track the delivery driver. It was great when we were both working and needed specific delivery times. The delivery was great and the sofa was assembled. It’s such a lovely sofa - we are very happy. To top it off, I was also sent an email asking if things had gone ok and we were happy! We’re very happy. Recommend.
