I cannot rate Zofa highly enough. I was a little bit nervous about not being able to see the sofa's in person, but it was totally worth it. The online ordering process was simple and had all the info I needed. The sofa came within the expected 5-7 weeks and is exactly right. The delivery was so simple and well communicated a week or so before with the time and day. The delivery team were excellent, really nice and professional. And managed to get the sofa through quite a tight fit in my small flat. The sofa itself is brilliant. It's so comfortable and looks amazing. I was worried about how soft or hard it would be. It is lovely and soft without being too squishy and the arms are also nice and padded so comfortable to sit back on. It really does bounce back like the description online. Overall I am so so happy with my sofa and would absolutely encourage everyone to take the plunge too!
