I wish I could give no stars, but that's not an option. I didn't realize I was purchasing an ebook instead of a physical book, especially since the ebook is available for free through various apps. When I reached out to customer support, they informed me that refunds weren't possible, despite the fact that I never clicked a 'link' and was expecting a physical item. Very disappointing customer service and a lack of clear description.
