I would rate this as zero stars if I could. I was unaware of the ebook when I believed I was buying the physical book, especially since the ebook is available for free on certain platforms. Upon reaching out to the support team, they informed me that refunds are not an option, despite my expectation of receiving a physical book. The customer service was lacking, and the product description was inadequate.
