I placed an order for a book and received a confirmation email indicating it was being processed for delivery to my address. I assumed I was getting a physical copy. After two weeks with no updates, I reached out to customer support to check on my order, only to be informed that I had purchased an ebook and that I should have received an email with download instructions, which I never got. There was no indication that they exclusively sell ebooks. Even with ebooks, they don't facilitate easy downloads, leaving me unsure if I can access the book I ordered. This seems like a scam.
