I ordered an item expected for delivery on 29th November. The tracking information didn't update, so I reached out to the company, which indicated that Evri hadn't received the parcel. Customer service was unhelpful, repeatedly telling me to wait. They then pushed the estimated delivery to 5th December, with no updates on tracking. I informed the company about the need to sign a legal document to initiate an investigation with the delivery service. I explained that, under consumer rights legislation, I'm not required to sign this document as it would waive my right to a refund. They insisted I had a week to sign it and have not issued any refund. I've initiated a dispute with my payment method and contacted the appropriate authorities to investigate this company for violating consumer rights.
