I ordered an item that was supposed to arrive on 29th November. The tracking information didn't update, so I reached out to the company, only to find out that it still indicated the parcel had not been received by the delivery service.
The customer support was not helpful and kept asking me to wait.
They later postponed the expected delivery to 5th December.
Still no updates on the tracking.
I contacted the company again and was told to sign a legal document to initiate an investigation with the delivery service.
I explained that, under consumer rights, I am not required to sign this document as it would waive my right to a refund.
They insisted I had a week to sign it, and at no point did they offer or show any willingness to issue a refund.
I have now initiated a dispute with my payment method and have reached out to trading standards and the ombudsman to investigate the company for violating my consumer rights.
