I am sharing a very serious and frustrating experience to warn all railway passengers.
On 14th April 2026, while traveling from Dwarka to Mumbai on Saurashtra Express (22946), Coach H1 (Coupe D & E), my son-in-law placed a food order through the government-supported RailOne app, which assigned delivery to Zomato.

Items: 2 Butter Chicken + 11 Butter Tandoori Roti
Restaurant: Moti Mahal
Delivery Station: Ahmedabad Junction (ADI)
Delivery Point: Coach H1 gate
❌ SHOCKING FACT: THE FOOD WAS NEVER DELIVERED.
Despite a confirmed order and scheduled delivery at Ahmedabad Junction:
No delivery was made
No proper update or tracking
No support from either RailOne or Zomato
Passengers were left helpless during the journey
This is completely unacceptable and feels like a clear case of cheating and negligence.
RailOne is promoted as a trusted government-backed service, yet:
There is zero accountability
No real-time assistance in a moving train situation
Responsibility is passed between RailOne and Zomato
This is not just inconvenience — for elderly passengers and families, this can become a serious issue.
Strong Appeal:
Immediate action from Railway authorities
Strict monitoring of Zomato deliveries at stations
Proper grievance redressal system for passengers
My Advice to Fellow Travelers: Do NOT depend fully on RailOne-Zomato food delivery
Always carry backup food during train journeys
No passenger should go through this kind of harassment.
