Faced a worst experience.We ordered the food from zomato on Sunday and the delivery agent informed he contacted us however we dint receive any calls and even beyond that the delivery guy has kept the food on road instead of leaving that near the door step or inside the gate and most of all he left in 8 th cross instead of 7 th cross when we got a delivered notification we just ran to check with the image the delivery guy posted but the order was missing if its thrown or road how will the order be there, not sure if the delivery guy took it and ate himself but the order is not with us. Then we tried calling him back again after multiple calls he informed we dint respond actually we did not receive any calls at all okay and language barrier he speaks only in hindi. Tried to connect to customer care but its redirecting to email I am not assigned any agent through chats if I email there is automated reply stating they cant refund. Whose fault it is now who kept food on road that too in 8 th cross rather than 7 th cross. Please refund my amount which I paid 478 Rs. seriously yar!!
