The tenants reported a lack of signal in the property we manage. Communication from this service has been very limited, and organizing an engineer visit has been challenging. After nearly two months, we learned that the signal was disconnected due to payment issues. Despite multiple requests to check the standing order and clarify the situation, we have yet to receive any response. The tenants have been without internet for over three months. I cannot recommend this service due to their poor customer support.
