My WiFi has been down for a week now tried calling several times I have emailed them several times no one has got back to me
When setting up they answer straight away quick enough to take the money off you but once settled they disappear

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with a company. They never respond to emails and often charge incorrectly. I received the wrong WiFi package, which was supposed to be temporary, and after a year, it still hasn't been addressed. Calling them is a nightmare; all agents seem busy, and there are frequent service outages. Trying to get information about these outages is a complete waste of time. If you need broadband, I highly recommend exploring other options.

I would give zero stars if possible. We moved into a building where this service is the only internet provider available. Before moving in, I contacted them multiple times and finally reached an advisor who took my payment and assured me the router would be sent. A month has passed, and I still haven't received anything, despite numerous emails and daily calls. I work from home and have had to go to a café every day just to do my job. Truly an awful experience.
Terrible service all around. First off, please do not respond to this, as it is absolutely not the fault of the customer support team. This company has monopolized the broadband in my building by removing all other service options, while offering terrible speeds at prices comparable to services that are five times faster. Additionally, their payment process requires calling their support team, which takes over two days of calling and leaving voicemails before they get back to you, instead of using a straightforward payment platform. If you have a choice, I absolutely do not recommend this company. Again, the customer service team does not reply, and this will not change unless the company undergoes significant improvements.
I experienced issues with my internet service, so I called the hotline, left a message, and sent an email explaining my situation. I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews. About an hour later, a representative from the technical support team returned my call. They patiently explained everything step by step to help me resolve my issue. Completely unacceptable service. I moved into a new property where this service is the only internet provider, so I had no choice. I tried to contact them for three days, calling and pressing all options, but received no answer. After sending four emails, I finally got a response when I indicated I was looking to join. A representative took my payment over the phone but failed to provide any information, claiming it would be sent in a welcome email, which never arrived. My router was delivered, but it won’t connect. I've called 28 times and emailed 23 times without a single response. I’m out of pocket, without internet, and cannot get anyone to respond. This company is a complete disaster!
The tenants reported a lack of signal in the property we manage. Communication from this service has been very limited, and organizing an engineer visit has been challenging. After nearly two months, we learned that the signal was disconnected due to payment issues. Despite multiple requests to check the standing order and clarify the situation, we have yet to receive any response. The tenants have been without internet for over three months. I cannot recommend this service due to their poor customer support.
