Total of 30 plus buildings without internet access. Apparently we could be without internet for 3 months. Other tenants have had no reply to emails or phone calls. Not the first time I’ve had an outage either. Had 2 others and only been with Zone Broadband for a year. Shockingly bad service and communication. Now having to spend more money on mobile data which I just can’t afford.
