Last week I hired one installer from Zoofy to deliver a simply assembly work that would not take more than 3 hours. Instead of a specialist, two young and inexperienced guys came. They did not come at the agreed time, did not bring some of the work materials despite our agreement, worked extremely slow in order to charge me for more hours, did a mistake which costed an extra hour of work and some additional materials and at the end they also charged me for their own mistake. I posted a negative review on another platform, Zoofy initially responded there, defending that they send only "experts", and afterwards removed the entire listing. I had also previously sent a complaint to their Customer Service email within 72 hours but they have not responded to that one. Very unprofessional company, stay away!!!
