Review Time
I used Zoofy when relocating. I had a lot of trash and items that needed to be discarded. I left a message at 11pm on a Thursday and a few hours later a prefessional had been found and he arrived the folowing day at 11am. 20 minutes later everything had been cleared! Fantastic work! My only regret is that I discovered Zoofy late, if I had discovered them years ago, I would have saved so much time! I would definitely use Zoofy again and again!

Last week I hired one installer from Zoofy to deliver a simply assembly work that would not take more than 3 hours. Instead of a specialist, two young and inexperienced guys came. They did not come at the agreed time, did not bring some of the work materials despite our agreement, worked extremely slow in order to charge me for more hours, did a mistake which costed an extra hour of work and some additional materials and at the end they also charged me for their own mistake. I posted a negative review on another platform, Zoofy initially responded there, defending that they send only "experts", and afterwards removed the entire listing. I had also previously sent a complaint to their Customer Service email within 72 hours but they have not responded to that one. Very unprofessional company, stay away!!!
They left us with no shower and ghosted our complaint for days with still no solution now. The person they sent caused us bad leakages twice as he installed our shower in bad manner. No accountability from zoofy and still waiting for what so called solution from their end. Don’t use their service and save yourself from big stress and big big big disappointment.
I have used Zoofy many times for odd jobs. I have had good luck most of the time. In this case they sent me a resource to unclog a kitchen sink. The bad news was that he was not able to unblock it. The worse news was he told me it was fixed until I turned on the water and it was blocked. Then he showed me under the sink that after his rough approach, I now had leaks in two places. My advice, do not use Zoofy for any plumbing work. They do not stand by the work, and certainly won't pay for the problems they cause. Find a professional you can trust.
