The service claims to provide hassle-free refunds within 7 days, but my experience was quite the opposite. After being charged for a subscription I didn’t want, customer support refused to issue a refund despite the cancellation. Their assistance felt unhelpful and left a negative impression. I ultimately had to involve my payment provider to get my money back, so I cannot recommend this service.
