I subscribed for two years and have experienced awful internet speeds, constant disconnections, and difficulty connecting. I've reached out to customer support multiple times, but their responses are always generic and unhelpful. I switched to another VPN, yet they still contacted me for a positive review, which I explained I couldn't provide due to their poor service. They initially denied any connection issues, but after I showed evidence, they admitted to my reports but claimed they had resolved them. Their customer service is irresponsible and inconsistent, and despite providing proof of my issues, they dismissed my concerns. This experience has led me to leave a genuine negative review.

When I reached out for a refund after being charged for a service I didn’t use, customer support blamed me for missing the cancellation window. This dismissive attitude, combined with a product that fails to meet basic expectations, has made for a very disappointing experience.
