The free version works fine, but after purchasing a subscription, it stopped functioning. Connection drops every 20-30 minutes while still showing as connected. The free trial was flawless for up to 8-9 hours. After connection drops, my internet stops working entirely. It defaults to connecting in my home country, and the exclusion feature doesn't work. Support was quick to respond about payment issues, but after I bought a subscription, I received no assistance with these problems.
