Set)Then my daughter added a patio heater to my orderThe patio heater was flat pack as was the storage boxHelen said everything would be built on siteMy daughter said I was a widow and again Helen said it’s put together on site On delivery day the lads arrived built the storage box but not the heater. I rang to complain and waited 2 days for a phone call from Helen. She said she didn’t say all would be built on site only the boxI reiterated what she said on the day and she said I was wrong ( a liar)She insisted only the box would be builtShe didn’t even say she hadn’t made it clear just simply implied I was wrongThe delivery lads where great and they have returned today as 2 parts where faultyGreat delivery very poor customer serviceToday I received a call from Helen with a very humble apology and put the incident down to poor communication on her partWe both listened to each others opinion.Yes mistakes were made, but to me it’s what is done to own your mistake and rectify it.Thank you for the call
