Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The lady in the showroom was really helpful with my father who was in a wheelchair. Delivery was the next day and Michael was brilliant, checking on my father after he attempted to open the door. Garden furniture was assembled and all packaging removed. Thank you Michael for your care and compassion. I can highly recommend.

I contacted Zoo interiors to enquire about delivery and collection for an item listed on their website. Delivery was not possible but potentially I would collect, the next day the product price was increased by 36% (£300).No mention of any price change in our phone call or email exchanges.Just a complete waste of time.
Purchased outdoor patio furniture and was so impressed with the store colleagues, delivery on time and Helen who personally delivered and made up the furniture we returned and purchased more items. Great service and I wish you well in your new venture, looking forward to seeing you again in 2025.
Great service in the shop, really helpful staff, Helen was excellent at helping with the bespoke furniture. The delivery guys were great, they were very careful in our newly painted property, really friendly & efficient. Highly recommend Zoo Interiors Nottingham.
Purchased many times over the last 10 yearsMostly solid oak (Canterbury furniture)Tv cabinet, table & 6 chairs side tables book case 2 sideboards etcSo I decided to purchase garden furniture 2 sofas storage box table and stool (a. Set)Then my daughter added a patio heater to my orderThe patio heater was flat pack as was the storage boxHelen said everything would be built on siteMy daughter said I was a widow and again Helen said it’s put together on site On delivery day the lads arrived built the storage box but not the heater. I rang to complain and waited 2 days for a phone call from Helen. She said she didn’t say all would be built on site only the boxI reiterated what she said on the day and she said I was wrong ( a liar)She insisted only the box would be builtShe didn’t even say she hadn’t made it clear just simply implied I was wrongThe delivery lads where great and they have returned today as 2 parts where faultyGreat delivery very poor customer serviceToday I received a call from Helen with a very humble apology and put the incident down to poor communication on her partWe both listened to each others opinion.Yes mistakes were made, but to me it’s what is done to own your mistake and rectify it.Thank you for the call
What a custoner service, what a quality, what a delivery service! I would give 6* if possible. The quality of furnite are top class with good prices, the staff super helpful even we came 2 days in a row as we couldn't decide, super nice and professional. Delivery on time, everything put together and all boxes removed. I'm amazed and it's going to be my first place when looking for furniture!! Thank you!
