I set up a pro account with a phone line. the annual subsciption which i paid upfront was 369.98. this was already expensive given the average cost of phonelines is from$15 to $25 a month.
One month later I am charged an extra $66 dollars for an "overage" fee. Just random deductions for additions I didn't authorise. In order to resolve this unauthorised charge, I have to speak with an AI which is useless and then I have to wait for someone to review my case and get back to me. you can't speak to a real person.
Stay away from this company. they are dodgy and once they have your credit card details they will just take money out without authorisation and no explanation
