I am extremely disappointed with my experience on ZoomBucks. I spent a significant amount of time completing offers and surveys, following all instructions to the letter. However, the moment I reached the threshold to withdraw my earnings and "jumped through all the hoops" for approval, my account was suddenly restricted.
Support claims my account was suspended due to "Terms of Service" violations, specifically citing my use of different Wi-Fi networks (such as a hotel Wi-Fi while traveling). I am not using a VPN or attempting to fraud the system; I am simply a legitimate user who travels. It is highly suspicious that the "finalized" suspension only occurred after I put in the labor and attempted to collect my payment.
This feels like a predatory tactic to avoid paying out users who have rightfully earned their rewards. I would advise others to be very cautious, as your hard work may be deleted without warning right when it's time to get paid.
