If you contact the support team, they simply state that you have “violated their rules,” but they refuse to specify what rule was broken. What’s more frustrating is that you’ll notice the exact same generic reply under many 1-star reviews on trust pilot. When you message support directly, you receive the same copy-and-paste response every time.
It honestly makes you question whether you’re speaking to a real support representative or just receiving automated responses.

This website is very frustrating. It redirects you to a different survey while you’re in the middle of one, and the promised rewards never get credited. I was close to finishing a survey, with just a few demographic questions left, when I was unexpectedly sent to another one. It claimed that 'my responses were saved,' but I still didn’t receive any rewards. This has happened to me multiple times.
My account was banned after I tried to withdraw my first 3 USD. They closed it, claiming I violated some terms, and there's no chance to appeal. I received a notice that I had multiple accounts, but I live alone and have no one helping me. I spent three months answering surveys for just 1 USD. The support team is incredibly rude and stops responding after the first message. I just want my 3 USD back!

Terrible platform. I wasted thirty minutes for just three dollars, providing all my personal information, only to be banned when I reached the payout threshold. DO NOT USE!!! After their response, I found myself locked out. How am I supposed to log in? I've seen many complaints similar to mine. They lock users out when they reach a payout.
