Our experience was utterly disappointing. This was our first time booking a rental car through the service, and it turned into a nightmare. Our pick-up was set for 10 PM, but the host never notified us of any cancellation before we left for the location. The pick-up area was unsafe—narrow, damaged roads, open sewage, no streetlights, resembling a neglected locality. After navigating through those conditions, we arrived only to find the host unresponsive. Our calls through the app kept disconnecting, and when I finally sent a message, I received a notification of cancellation. Our travel plans fell apart due to the host's last-minute decision. Had we been informed sooner, we could have made alternative arrangements. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. Although they promised a refund, what about the expenses incurred for other reservations? Who is accountable for those losses? The service refuses to take responsibility and only offers apologies. They don’t even ensure that pick-up locations are safe and accessible. It’s risky to go to such shady places for pick-up. I strongly advise against using this platform for rental cars.
