Our experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. This was our first time booking a rental car through a service, and it became a nightmare. Our pick-up was scheduled for 10 PM, but the host never notified us about a cancellation before we left home. The pick-up area was unsafe—narrow, damaged roads, open sewage, no streetlights, and an overall neglected environment. After struggling through all that, we arrived only to find that the host wasn’t responding. Our calls through the app kept disconnecting, and when I finally sent a message, I received a notification saying the booking had been cancelled. Our entire travel plan fell apart due to the host’s last-minute cancellation. Had we been informed earlier, we could have made other arrangements. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. While they promised to refund the booking amount, what about the expenses we incurred on other reservations like hotels? Who is responsible for those losses? The service refuses to take accountability and only offers apologies. They don’t ensure that pick-up locations are safe and accessible. It’s risky for people to go to such questionable places for pick-up. This platform is the worst for rental cars. They completely ruined our trip. I strongly recommend against booking a rental car through this service.
