As echoed in other reviews, this is a fraudulent Chinese company pretending to be a UK site. I managed to secure a refund by threatening legal action. For others seeking a refund: 1. Email their support directly (not through the site form). 2. Clearly state that you want to cancel your order (do this before they ship it). 3. They may offer a minimal refund and suggest sending the product out. This indicates they've received your cancellation request and haven't shipped it yet, entitling you to a full refund. 4. Keep all emails for reference with your bank. I received my refund this morning (so it does work).
