If I could give them minus stars I would, I plead with anyone needing insurance to look at any other company and avoid these guys. Both my claims were declined 1 for lost/stolen items and the other for damaged goods. the reasons given are nothing short of comical and in my opinion, they look to avoid paying out genuine claims on ridiculous reasoning.
