I ordered a specific balm and received a substandard imitation instead. I recognized it because I previously got the genuine product from the original source. What I received was a greenish lotion, while authentic balm should be yellowish and thicker. I'm in the process of seeking a refund, but I doubt it will be successful. The response I received was from someone with a questionable name.
