Frustrating experience with this service.

I'm uncertain about the problems with this service. I placed an order on November 23, and as of December 28, I still haven't received it. I've tried reaching out multiple times through their website and email. Save your money, time, and frustration. I cannot recommend this service for any orders.

Received a counterfeit product

I ordered a specific balm and received a substandard imitation instead. I recognized it because I previously got the genuine product from the original source. What I received was a greenish lotion, while authentic balm should be yellowish and thicker. I'm in the process of seeking a refund, but I doubt it will be successful. The response I received was from someone with a questionable name.

When purchasing NAD + 1000mg, ensure you also get PQQ+resveratrol. There are numerous counterfeit products out there, so buy directly from the manufacturer and be cautious of where you purchase from to avoid fakes.
