I ordered once and saw no results! Suddenly, I received a new order confirmation and was charged again without placing a new order! I have reached out numerous times; the responses seem automated and have yielded no results. They offered me a discount to keep the unwanted goods, which I do not want. They refuse to confirm the cancellation of the second order, will not provide return instructions until I receive the unwanted products, and will not issue a refund until they receive those products back. My account on their site shows no subscription, and I checked to ensure I hadn't mistakenly ordered. Nothing is visible, and I can't make any changes. Additionally, the products are shipped from overseas, which is not made clear at the time of ordering.
