Like many others, I had a similar experience. I did not subscribe for regular orders. When I attempted to cancel, they claimed I had requested a subscription and ignored my cancellation request. They charged me again. I had to block them through my credit card provider. Terrible experience overall. I'm not even sure the product is effective, as it's all been discarded.
