I used to have good experiences with Zooplus with my previous two orders, but this time the experience has been extremely frustrating.
The first delivery got stuck with Evri. After I contacted Zooplus, they said they would send a replacement. I waited for the second delivery attempt, but then the tracking showed that the parcel was being returned to Zooplus. When I contacted them again, I was told the parcel had been damaged.
Zooplus then arranged another replacement (the third attempt). However, it has now been two days since they said they would resend it, and the parcel has still not been handed over to Evri.
It has already been 11 days since I placed the order, and I still have no idea when I will actually receive it. My home has already run out of kitten food, and I had to buy some from another company.
This has been a really frustrating experience, and unfortunately after this I don’t think I will use Zooplus again.
