I've been a Zooplus customer for well over a decade, and purchase food, treats and accessories for my pets regularly.
Zooplus prices are competitive. The product range is decent and readily available. Service and delivery is efficient, professional, speedy and reliable. Am an extremely happy regular Zooplus customer.

Been using Zooplus for years - products and service has been good up - but they just removed the next day and scheduled delivery option via DPD, leaving Evri as the only delivery option. Still waiting for a delivery that would previously have been here.
When I called to complain, they said that DPD was unfortunately unable to deliver to certain postcodes.
I told them I live in central London SW10, and we get almost daily next day deliveries by DPD from other retailers.
I simply don't believe Zooplus - they've degraded the service they offer to cut costs, while at the same time spending a fortune on TV advertising to win new customers!
We'll try and order supplied a day or so earlier, but we're also looking for an alternative online supplier of Cosma cat soups and as soon as we find one.....
I've been buying from Zooplus for several years and I am always really pleased with the service and products. They dispatch orders very quickly and their prices are competitive. Their points system means I can get their free cat treats periodically. The range of products they hold is great. I wouldn't buy from anywhere else. I only wish they stocked parrot food as well!
Another delivery smashed to bits.
Food bowls chipped, toy missing, pouches leaking, my last order was placed in my cupboard to find later pouches split and an awful smell coming from the unit.
I have to keep proving my order is sub-standard, your complaints procedure will not submit with photos added, the procedure is worse than the delivery company you use.
I see there are many of the same complaints on this site for the same reason.

Having a terrible time with zooplus customer services,first parcel on automatic order failed to arrive as Evri lost it,zooplus promised to despatch replacement parcel straight away but taken 24 hours,now Evri claims not to have replacement parcel
Zooplus are doing nothing to help me get my missing items
I do not recommend using zooplus unless you are happy to put up with endless delays and very poor customer service
The only reason I am giving a one star is due to the delivery with Evri. It took over 2 weeks to receive and then they delivered it to a neighbour. Not great when I was hoping to receive in 3 days at the latest. Had to go out and buy from elsewhere.
My advice is do not use Evri as a carrier!
After using this service for a while, I’m starting to rethink my decision because they rely on a delivery provider that has proven to be quite careless. We've had packages thrown over our tall fence even when we were home, and parcels left out in plain sight. The anticipation of delivery has turned into a stressful experience. I have been a long-time customer for dry cat food and clumping cat litter. Previously, my orders arrived in a single 18 kg box, which is quite heavy for many to handle, especially at my age. Unfortunately, this time the delivery came in a much smaller box, lacking any supportive features for lifting, making it impractical for most individuals. When I reached out to the support team, the representative seemed uninterested and insisted that their packaging hadn't changed in years. It feels like a large company like this does not prioritize its customers' needs.
Completely dissatisfied with the experience. I ordered an expensive microchip reader bowl for my cat who is on medication, to prevent my other cat from eating her food. I placed the order two weeks ago, and once I learned it was being delivered by a certain courier service, I anticipated issues. Sure enough, there were. The tracking indicated my item was out for delivery over a week ago and was supposed to arrive that day. I rearranged my schedule to be available, but nothing arrived. I reached out to the courier, and they confirmed my item is lost, stating they would contact me again in 48 hours. Days have passed with no updates. I then contacted the seller, providing the email correspondence from the courier and explaining my urgent need for the feeder. I received an automated reply promising a human response within 24 hours, but that was three days ago, and I’m still waiting. Clearly, customer service is not a priority here. I recommend purchasing pet products from a different source.
