I ordered dog food from the company, but the delivery was extremely late. By the time it arrived, we had already moved, so it was left at the old address where no one could collect it. I reached out to the company but was quite dissatisfied with how they handled the situation. I just wanted the food returned and a refund processed, but this has caused unnecessary stress. I expect better reliability and customer support, especially for essential items like pet food. I also expect a prompt refund. In brief: my order arrived far too late, was left at the wrong address, and I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience.
