I ordered two packages of cat litter, each 20 kg. Although I have an elevator at home, instead of ringing my doorbell to deliver them, the courier took them directly to the delivery office. I physically cannot carry 40 kg across town due to health issues. If I had to collect the litter myself, I would have just gone to the nearby pet shop. Very disappointing service.
