Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! I ordered a large volume of food for my dog on a special diet. I had been waiting around 5 days for an update so went onto the account and under tracking it said Order Cancelled. I assumed it was a mistake contacted customer service with their form and then called. On the phone she basically said yes it was cancelled and that was it. If I hadn't logged into tracking I'd never have known. The worst part though is they never refunded the order! Which I still can't understand how they can do that?! Luckily I paid via PayPal so I've had to raise a PayPal dispute to get the money back. They haven't even responded to this! 3 weeks later and I have no food and no refund
