I don't understand companies that use couriers that cannot deliver or stick to the tracking details they send to the customer, paid for delivery which was supposed Friday 27th February, I waited in all day and received an email saying I wasn't in when they came, they said they would come back on Saturday 28th, waited all day, the tracking app for the courier said they had it in the warehouse on the 27th & 28th and never updated until late on Saturday night, then the dates change on the tracking telling me they will be delivering onSunday 1st March. I've cancelled my repeat orders as I can't wait in for 3 days every two weeks on the off chance DPD will be bothered to deliver.
