Evri lost our order, yes 12kg bag of Burns dog foodThen Evri said they had returned it to Zooplus, however we could not get a replacement until the original was returned!Eventually got Zooplus to send a replacement bag however this has now been delayed due to logistics issuesHad to buy another bag locally as dogs were out of food by nowZooplus sort this out Evri are seriously damaging your reputation
