The products are of good quality, and the delivery is timely. However, their system of “free delivery” over SEK499 has not been updated to reflect the changes in their policy regarding free delivery. I have been a Zooplus customer since 2019, and until very recently, free delivery over SEK499, was in place at the subtotal stage, before any discounts were deducted from the amount. Without prior warning, this changed a few months ago. Suddenly, “free delivery” was not free after SEK499, but after any discounts were deducted from the subtotal amount, which makes my basket considerably more expensive every month! e.g. My subtotal needs to be a minimum of SEK510-520, then deducted discounts bring it down to SEK499-500 so free delivery can kick in. Where before, my total basket cost could be as low as SEK460, with the policy change, it now never totals below SEK 500.I had several communications with Customer Care about informing the customer with regards to the policy change with “free delivery”, and updating their website, to prevent misleading information, and although I was promised that it would be raised with senior departments, it still hasn’t happened. (Although, when I complained, they did honor their old policy, and refund me any extra charges, albeit as a one off.) My last communication regarding this was 3 months ago.I am very disappointed that Zooplus continues to publish misleading information. :-((
