Ordered a Meyda Tiffany floor lamp. A week later, no shipping notification. Called customer service, and was told that the item is out of stock, and they have to cancel the order. Fine - received confirmation that the order was cancelled, and ordered a different torchiere, at a different web site. Suddenly, I'm receiving an email from Zoro, saying that my credit card was charged again - of course, without my permission, and of course, no merchandise is being shipped (which I don't need now anyway). No response to emails, and no refund after 2 phone calls, each time assuring me that refund will be issued immediately.This company is clueless about how to do business at best, and just plain old thieves at worst. Steer clear - you are not getting what you ordered, no matter how good is the deal you're supposedly getting (should've been a red flag, I guess).
