I order a ssd (Samsung T7 500gb) a week ago and have got the order confirmation via email. first all the 18% get is huge but I didn't hesitate to buy it. that was a horrible mistake of mine.its been 6 day since I order, there have been no reply from after that, is the service dead? there is no option to cancel or refund the order.I have contacted through WhatsApp, email every method I could just for me to get ignored, I clearly saw u read my WhatsApp message it had a blue tick in it. is this some kind of joke?. I had to go through all this just to get a shipping confirmation for I ordered. I learned the only what u reply customers is thorough this Trustpilot review page.I am really pissed of right now its been a week if u could have confirm that would have made me rest assured.I want my order delivery or a refund of my moneyor else I a going to report itnever trusting this website againIts a scam!, basically a cyber crime!
