I order a ssd (Samsung T7 500gb) a week ago and have got the order confirmation via email.
first all the 18% get is huge but I didn't hesitate to buy it. that was a horrible mistake of mine.
its been 6 day since I order, there have been no reply from after that, is the service dead?
there is no option to cancel or refund the order.
I have contacted through WhatsApp, email every method I could just for me to get ignored, I clearly saw u read my WhatsApp message it had a blue tick in it.
is this some kind of joke?.
I had to go through all this just to get a shipping confirmation for I ordered.
I learned the only what u reply customers is thorough this Trustpilot review page.
I am really pissed of right now its been a week if u could have confirm that would have made me rest assured.
I want my order delivery or a refund of my money
or else I a going to report it

On 27th March, I placed an order #1112 with Zortex Computer for --- Kingston 4TB FURY Renegade PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 Internal SSD.On 31st March, I was told on WhatsApp by Zortex Gaming Solutions Private Limited that the product will be shipped by 5th April.On 6th April, when I asked for an update, I was asked to wait in the morning. In the evening, when I requested an update about my order again, I was asked to email the company at their email, which I did. I was asked by email to wait again, without any information about my order being provided.Update: 7th April - The seller has informed me that the order has been refunded. I'll update the review after receiving my money back.
Extremely horrible service and contact!I ordered an Adata Swordfish 500 GB storage for ₹ 2,600, including 18% GST.There is one email confirmation that my order has been placed, no delivery date or courier service name. Their email is simply dead no one replied after I sent an email to check product availability on my pin! Oh..there is a small pop-up on the home page yeah home page! No pop-up on the product page while purchasing saying-PLEASE CONTACT US TO KNOW PRODUCT AVAILABILITY ON YOUR PIN FOR RAM STORAGE ETC.And I was like wtf! Why is there a small pop-up on the home page? Why not on the product page while purchasing? And the funniest part payment can be done without signing upThey are accepting orders but there isno option to cancel the order in the account section! And they are not picking up the phone and not replying my WhatsApp message either! As I already know that the storage price is very high at this time even so the listed price there for 500gb is like 2200inr which is the real price without inflation but there is inflation for ram and ssd! I already done a mistake now I want to fix thisI genuinely honestly don't want anyone to buy from this shitty trash website! Do they know why company like Amazon and Flipkart are still the number one choice for consumer? Because there is lot of convience and options in your control! Like tracking order and cancelling the order and getting refund on several options! I am going to file a consumer reportfor this! Even though If I don't get my money back I will make sure to prevent mistake other people will do in future!
Why when I try to order the product by getting to know more first by connecting with your agent through watsapp the price which was 5-6k instantly becomes 43k+gst of the same model of WD BLACK SN770 SSDWhat a fraud type of buisness you guys are doing just shameless If it's some type of import fees than why is the price is in rupees and there is no mention in total tooThe price is only to lure the costumer and get the money online and after sometime make things on your end What the hell, shameful and totally shameless
The team was extremely supportive and got the product as promised .Online sellers seem tricky but they way the Zortex team managed our transaction brought a lot of comfort to the transaction .
