I had a damaged package get received by one of the carriers deeming it undeliverable so I sent a quick email over to Zox requesting help and/or a replacement. Within a few hours I was pleasantly greeted with sincere apologies and condolences with an almost immediate order update stating I had a new order from Zox. A little over 24hrs later and my package is being shipped. Absolutely incredible!
